Decal has no background, the color of the surface you apply it to will show through the open spaces in the design. Decals can be removed but are one time use and can’t be reapplied. If you want a different size that is not listed for a specific type of application or any other special requests, please contact us to ask about a custom order. If you want your design reversed to be able to apply from the inside of a car window rather than on the outside, just leave a “note to seller” when checking out to mirror or reverse the image for you. Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
